You'll love our cottages.  These three individual cottages (one is still under construction) sit right on the beach on a 1/4 acre beachfront lot, one in front of the other.  There are no common walls; these are individual houses (cottages), so you won't hear your neighbors.  If you leave the front door open too long, you might be reading bedtime stories to the sea turtles.  All 3 cottages are on one beachfront lot, all are ground level, and all are block-wall construction.  Completely refurbished inside and out in 2026, your cottage is clean and comfortable. 5 houses down are 5-6 restaurants (Sand Bar, Lock-n-Key, Waverly, White Elephant, Beachcomber) with live music, a convenience store, a free fishing dock (license required), fishing charters, and boat rentals.  Close enough to walk to, yet far enough away that you still have privacy.

Life is easy on Manasota Key.  It has that Old Florida Charm with modern amenities.  The minute you cross the bridge to get to the island you feel a sense of relaxation.  Just chill, grill and try not to spill.  Our location is second to none (1780 Gulf Blvd)...google it to see how convenient it will be for you.  Don't be fooled...we have the location and that "beach house feel".  No stairs, no elevators.  All units, as well as the outside and landscaping, have been completely refurbished.  Leather couches, tile floors, new beds & mattresses with covers, stainless steel appliances...clean and fresh, just for you.
